Arrowpoint Capital Chief Claims Officer Julie Fortune and Actuarial Director Rich Fuller will be among the leaders at the 2013 Litigation Management Institute (LMI) at Columbia Law School in New York on Oct. 11-13.
The LMI bridges the gap between legal theory and litigation management, and the business aspects of litigation management. Participants who successfully complete the program earn the designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP).
Julie is a chancellor for the three-day event, while Rich will serve as a professor. Other professors include attorneys with leading law firms, risk managers for major corporations and representatives of insurance companies such as ACE, AIG, Chubb, Everest National, Fireman's Fund, and XL Specialty.
The rigorous program is geared toward attorneys and those in the litigation management field with five to 15 years of experience, but will also be of benefit to those with more experience.
