	Arrowpoint Capital Arrowpoint Capital acquired the US insurance operation of Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group plc in 2007. Since then, no new business was underwritten as the operations were in run-off as they had been since 2003. On November 8, 2023, Arrowood in Company was placed into liquidation by Order of the Chancery Court of Delaware. Pursuant to the Liquidation and Injunction Order, the Delaware Department of Insurance Commissioner serves as the Receiver.

			Arrowood Indemnity Company consents to Liquidation and Injunction Order Arrowpoint Capital today announced that Arrowood Indemnity Company (the “Company”), with the consent of the Company’s Board of Directors has been placed into liquidation by order of the Chancery Court of Delaware. Pursuant to the Liquidation and Injunction Order, Delaware Department of Insurance Commissioner Trinidad Navarro serves as the Receiver.
